You’ve built a successful life, yet it kind of feels empty and far less fulfilling than it should.
You know something needs to change, but you can’t see how without risking everything you’ve built.
You no longer feel fully connected to your own life — more like you’re performing a role.
You rarely feel fully present in your own life, even at home.
You feel alone in the weight of your responsibilities, even when surrounded by people you care about.
You've done what you're supposed to do:
books, podcasts, time off, retreats, maybe even therapy or coaching. And yet, it feels like something is still missing. Here's why:
Most conventional advice treats the surface symptoms while leaving the deeper driving patterns untouched.
"Take more Time off" — but how does another vacation help when the same internal pressure comes home with you? Research consistently shows that time off can bring temporary relief without changing the underlying drivers of executive emptiness and disconnection.
"Set better boundaries with yourself" — but these boundaries rarely hold when your identity is still tied to being the one who carries everything. The issue isn't simply your calendar, it's the hidden belief that you must remain mentally available at all times.
"Practice more self-care" — but a stronger morning routine, more journaling, or more meditation doesn't change the deeper operating system that keeps your success feeling empty.

You're not broken or doomed to stay this way.
The truth is that symptoms like your inner exhaustion, disconnection, lack of presence, and loneliness are often being driven by identity-level patterns in your nervous system. These symptoms are unconsciously triggered. That's why when relief comes, it's temporary. The moment you unconsciously perceive a trigger, the symptom is reactivated.
While helpful in the short term, you don't need another way to regulate your nervous system.
That's a treatment, not a cure.
What your nervous system needs is a recalibration.
Imagine feeling relaxed, connected, fulfilled and genuinely excited about your life.
Now, imagine if this was your new normal.
All you need is the right framework, the right guidance, and the right process.

Most approaches give you strategies for managing what you're feeling. I give you that and much more — a precise map for why you're feeling it. Your body is a computer and you are the programmer. When you can see exactly which conditions in your system are causing constriction, you stop guessing, ignoring, and suppressing and start creating real change doing what actually matters. You come away with the right awareness and neuroscience-backed tools for mindfully reshaping yourself and your life.
Having the right information rarely leads to lasting change. What's needed is the right support and a safe space — being genuinely seen, heard, and understood by someone helping you navigate the terrain. Someone who can kindly help you see your specific patterns, your particular blind spots, and your unique inner landscape with greater clarity and understanding - and without labels or judgement. Every session is built around you, not a formula. Custom-tailored 1:1 guidance is not simply a feature. It's a necessity.
Memory Reconsolidation.
This is the game-changer that makes it all stick. It is a neuroscientifically named process where deep memory patterns are updated at the level where they actually live — in 'procedural memory'. Procedural memories are a special kind of memory that govern all your unconscious behaviours - all those things you do without thinking. These run automatically in the background - basically forming your "Autopilot'. We change here. Recalibration at the root.

"I started believing in a new identity"
"At the time I hired Trent as my coach, I was working out of town as a Boilermaker, feeling the deep tension between providing for my family and actually being there for them. I was burnt out, lonely, and stuck in the belief that my worth was tied to how hard I could grind it out in the trades. I wanted more freedom, more presence with my kids, and a career that aligned with who I truly was—but I had no idea how to make the leap.
Through our work together, Trent helped me uncover the truth that my value wasn’t in my job title—it was in my heart, my presence, and my willingness to step into the life I was meant to live. With his guidance, I started believing in a new identity: that I could become a successful entrepreneur, that I could build a life on my own terms, and that I deserved to.
Today, I’m proud to say I’m a top-producing Realtor in Kelowna. I’m home with my kids. I’ve built a business that reflects who I am and what I care about. I’ve faced incredible challenges along the way, but I now face them with clarity and resilience—because I have a mindset that Trent helped me build from the ground up.
Trent, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You helped me see the man I could become, and then you helped me become him."
- David Alton

"I'm more grounded, capable, and aligned than I've ever been"
"I hired Trent when I was stuck in a cycle of overthinking and pressure. I had a vision for what I wanted in both my career and my business, but I felt stuck, caught between ambition and uncertainty. I was constantly overthinking, trying to make the right move while juggling debt, doubt, and a fear of letting people down. Deep down, I knew I was capable, but I couldn’t seem to tap into that confidence or act on it. I kept putting others’ needs and expectations ahead of my own, and I didn’t know how to break that cycle without losing myself or disappointing people.
Working with Trent changed everything. Every session gave me new clarity, not just in business, but in how I saw myself. He helped me trace my mindset blocks back to their roots, guiding me through childhood memories and emotional anchors I hadn’t realized were still shaping my perspective. Through that work, I came to see that I already had the knowledge, experience, and emotional maturity to handle hard things. I just needed to shift the lens. Trent gave me tools, language, and space to do that with honesty and strength.
Today, my business has taken off, I’ve acquired more clients than I anticipated, and I’ve even hired support to keep up with the growth. I’ve had people seek me out for advice, for mentorship, and for new ventures. I’m more grounded, capable, and aligned than I’ve ever been and working with Trent was a key part of getting here.
Having Trent in my corner has been like having both a mirror and a compass, someone who helps me see myself clearly and move forward with purpose.”

"All of my relationships have changed for the better"
"When I hired Trent, I was looking for a more fulfilling life, I was struggling with my physical body, my marriage, and my finances were a mess. The biggest realization I had working with Trent was that I was worth the effort.
Throughout our time together I lost 50 lbs, changed my career and now have a way more joyful marriage. All of my relationships have changed for the better.
Trent’s steadfast support has altered my life forever and I am truly grateful to have received his coaching.
Trent is a real pro that elevates every area of your life. If you are tired of the same old version of yourself he is your man for change.
Thank you for all that you do my brother!"
- Cory Erlandson

There is an old saying:
"It's hard to see the picture when you're inside the frame."
For over 15 years I have been helping entrepreneurs, business owners, and high performers break through the invisible walls that kept them stuck in stress patterns — stress patterns that were so deep that they felt "normal" but were invisibly compromising their health | income | relationships. At least, until they were revealed and we changed them ...for good.
Over the years, I have learned a lot — from my work with clients, ongoing education, professional studies, and my own relationship with stress.
I found that helping people to "see the unseen" within themselves is the real doorway to creating lasting change.
However, I was not completely immune to my own invisible patterns. In 2019, I went through a divorce that left me feeling devastated and going through an identity crisis. Then COVID hit, the world shut down, and it felt like a one-two punch to my life.
This new life situation brought up deeply repressed early-life trauma patterns I had managed to suppress my whole life. But not anymore.
I was facing delayed-onset CPTSD (but I didn't know it).
All I knew was I needed to get away; I needed some distance and perspective.
Over the next few years, I went on a kind of working sabbatical - traveling, keeping the clients I had but not taking on any new ones. I even shut down my website and withdrew from social media. I took myself apart then slowly put myself back together by doing the inner work and documenting what I was learning because I wanted to understand how to eventually explain to others how I was getting through this process. It was not easy.
In that time, I went through a new certification training, reflective writing, and ongoing studies, and I learned ways to effectively facilitate the process of memory reconsolidation to permanently change root patterns (like traumas) in the nervous system that invisibly drive personality. This was a game-changer.
I then discovered something incredible: 4 archetypal patterns of imbalanced perception around identity that, it seems, every human being develops in very early childhood as strategies for safety. They affect everything. The imbalance in these patterns generate constant low-level chronic stress which we, as a society, have come to call "normal" — making it invisible to us. But 'normal' isn't always healthy. In fact there is substantial research showing the harmful effects of constant low-level chronic stress on our health, performance, relationships, and culture. It is impeding our ability as humans to progress and flourish. It's more than likely also holding you back.
The discontent you may be feeling now is largely rooted in these imbalanced patterns. Noticing and recalibrating these root patterns establishes a new baseline of calm — transforming your quality of life.
Noise leaves. Signal returns.
You realign with your true self.
I've come back to living that inner freedom.
I'm helping others do the same.

I can feel your pain, frustration, and hesitation ...because I've been there. The most vital element for success with any program is to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. It's important to not feel alone in your journey forward. All conversations are private and confidential. It's a safe space to just be honest and real. That's the foundation.
Next comes your decision and degree of determination to make this work for you. I partner with you to support you in your progress. This is 1-on-1 private bespoke coaching/mentorship tailored to specifically meet you where you are at right now and then we move forward together from there towards your desired outcome.
There are many layers to the process of creating lasting change. I often like to say that, metaphorically, I'm wearing a tool belt full of tools and my goal is to give you the tools YOU need in the order that YOU need them. Share your current layer (repeating frustration) with me and I offer a tool that you can use right away to work through it. Practice using it and share your results in the next session. We course-correct as necessary and continue to make progress. With that layer overcome, your next frustration reveals itself and ...it's time for the next tool. By the end of the journey, you have a tool belt full of tools as well as the knowledge AND EXPERIENCE for how to use them. All learning and change is relevant to YOUR situation.
When necessary, I facilitate a specialized recalibration method with you to help change patterns in your nervous system. The process facilitates memory reconsolidation so we shift the limiting beliefs, inner blocks and neutralize stress triggers along the way. Memory reconsolidation is a permanent change. So, while results vary between individuals, I know from my experience with other clients, this really works. And, it works fast!
Schedule a discovery call with me. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about this.
When people seek out therapy, they often feel like something is wrong with them and they need to be 'fixed'. They feel broken. Therapy is ideally about healing. Coaching and Mentorship is ideally about growth and crafting who you are becoming. You are not broken. You are working perfectly according to your 'programming' (conditioning). This is 1:1 bespoke personal development mentorship that is custom-tailored to you and your current situation. It is trauma-informed, supported by neuroscience, and provides the essential tools, strategies and guidance to facilitate a kind of 'software update' to replace old patterns in the nervous system to reshape your 'Autopilot'. You are learning to master your inner state, unlock a bigger life-vision, rewrite limiting beliefs, and cultivate your confidence and relationships toward a fulfilling life of happiness on purpose as a Life Skill. It is like learning to read and write the 'computer code' of your operating system and consciously shape a new identity.
Memory Reconsolidation is a name that neuroscience uses to describe an internal process of structural change deep within the brain and nervous system. It's where a non-conscious 'procedural memory' structurally changes because new information has been presented that replaces the old stored information now that, in light of the new data, the old data is proven to be no longer true. It is a lot like a software update that happens at the level of your Autopilot's Operating System (the 'program' that facilitates all the things you can do automatically without thinking).
A 'procedural memory' is not a memory you access consciously. It is a memory that you 'feel' in the body. It's like the 'muscle memory' you use when you tie your shoes. You always do it the same way without thinking. It's the body's memory of a process to be carried out. I call it a "HOW TO" memory.
When people try to change habits or identity beliefs with only mindset and behaviour, they attempt to do it by building a new habit that's more powerful than the old one. That is NOT memory reconsolidation. That is a process which builds a new neural pattern and consistently repeats it to make it stronger than the old pattern in hopes that it becomes the new default choice of the Autopilot.
However, the danger here is that, if the person experiences stress or a triggering event that bypasses the newly built habit, the old pattern is still there and it activates - so the person relapses to the old behaviour. (Think about yo-yo diets here.)
Memory Reconsolidation changes/updates the structure of the original pattern so there is no old pattern to relapse to. Change happens at the root and is basically permanent so the new behaviour feels like "you". It is an identity shift.
Naturally, success only happens when people are coachable, committed, and know that it's time to change. Everyone is unique. It depends on your particular situation, your attitude, the results you are looking to create, and the amount of obstacles you have to overcome in the process. That said, people can notice an inner shift as early as the first or second session and outer results can follow soon after. These moments are often called a "Breakthrough". However, the real goal here is LASTING CHANGE so 3 months is the absolute minimum to begin building a sustainable inner foundation for a new direction. Right now, I am only offering a 12-month package. In the past, even though I offered 3-month and 6-month programs, well over 90% of my clients in the past signed on immediately for 12 months at the outset because they understood the work involved here and they wanted enough runway to build genuine lasting change. And they succeeded. Many even renewed for a second and third year to go even further. (I even have a select few clients that have been with me for well over a decade because they keep growing, life keeps getting better, and they love the ongoing support through the changes that Life presents them with.) 12 months goes by faster than one might think.
Neuro-Recalibration™ is my latest offer. Founded upon over 15 years of professional work with clients, it now adds a powerful new neuro-process to the mix. I work with people who are serious about change and we commit to a 12-month bespoke neuro-coaching/mentorship program. While I have very successfully helped clients attain their desired results with established coaching methods in the past, I now have a significantly refined skillset that allows me to effectively guide a client through the process of deliberately reconsolidating procedural memories - as needed. You can think of this as a kind of surgical software update. This means that we may see results much faster than expected because we are making real changes to the structure of certain non-conscious memories that drive automatic behaviour.
The caveat here is your willingness to develop the inner skills required, with my guidance, to help ensure this process works well for you. In the end, you not only enjoy the benefit of lasting positive changes we made to update the non-conscious drivers in your system, but you get the added benefit of a new life skill that allows you to facilitate these kind of 'software update' changes all by yourself. You become the programmer that rewrites the program of your own Autopilot. You reshape your identity at will.
As powerful as it is, this offer is still new and being refined so I am offering it as a beta program where your feedback helps to further hone and refine the framework. For this reason, I am also offering beta pricing - which is significantly less than the full price will be later.
We would begin with weekly 60-minute Zoom online sessions for the first month to establish our baseline and then move to two 90-minute Zoom online sessions per month for the remainder of the contract. I would be available to you by WhatsApp for texting and any 'emergency calls' between sessions. Extra 90-minute sessions can be made available upon request at a premium per session investment.
